If you’ve ever read one of my blogs, you are familiar with the ‘LoCo’ tag…if not, it is affectionately short for Loudoun County, which is where I live and work. I’ve set this site up to give my readers some drill-down real estate statistics for the western part of the county, including the towns of Hamilton, Purcellville, Round Hill, Lovettsville, and Waterford. I get my statistical information from the fantastic folks at Altos Research, and then attempt to distill it to charts and graphs that I can explain and you can use to help make educated real estate decisions.
